Once you have an idea which of our six web packages are for you, either call us on 01206 752 600 or use or contact form. We can then discuss with you what options are available and best suit you business and what content you new website is likely to need. Don’t worry if at this stage your not sure, our expert team will be able to guide you if required based on the information we ask for.

If your happy to proceed we will ask for a 35% deposit to secure your website.

Domain Name
Your domain name is how your customers will find you on the Internet (www.yourbusiness.co.uk). For a guide on choosing the best domain name for your business click here. Once you have decided on a suitable domain name we will then register and purchase it for you, once your deposit has been received.

Design Stages.

Stage One
Based on the information you have provided us we will design a frame that your website will use. Providing us with links to sites you like will help give us a feel for the kind of styles you like.

If there are specific images you wish to use we can include these in your design. If you don't have any suitable images, we can source them for you.

If required we will provide you with a logo for your new site. We will also design your new logo in a variety of formats for use on letterheads and business cards.

We will then upload these onto our approval server and send you a web-link where you will be able to view and make comments.

Stage Two
Based on your comments we will make any required amendments and re-supply the new designs to you for approval via web-link. These revisions are unlimited.

Stage Three
Once the designs meet your approval we will ask you to provide the content for your new website based on the designs you have chosen.

If you require help writing your content we are happy to assist you with this as we have an experience editor working with isite-media.

Once we have input all your required content, we will firstly pass it to out proofing team for them to check there are no errors. Once back we will make the recommended changes as well as informing you of any changes other than spelling and grammar for approval. We will then supply you your final website for approval.

Testing
Once we have sign off of your website we will submit it to our testing procedure where we will test all links and pages perform as expected.

Uploading your website
As soon as you are fully happy with your new website the final balance will be payable. Once this has been received we will set up the hosting of your website as well as setting up any email accounts (we will forward you your email setting so you can configure any email clients you have such as Outlook). This normally takes 24hrs.

Post Live
Once your website is up and running any problems you encounter will be looked into and rectified straight away and free or charge.
