		Logo design - Every web package gets FREE logo design as standard. We have over 20 years experience designing for both on-line and print media. Using the industry standard design software your new logo can be added to your new website as well as a host of other useful media such as business cards and letterheads.
		FREE web hosting - As part of your website design you’ll get one year’s free web hosting as well. However, if you already have a website you can still host it with us. After the first year you can continue to host your site with our hosting partners at a cost of £6.25 per month.
		Domain name registration - Your domain name is the centre of your Internet identity. All our packages include a free domain name. If your preferred name is not available we can advise on suitable alternatives. We register the domain name in your name, so if you ever needed to move it away from our hosting partners you are able to.
		Technical support - All packages include basic maintenance to ensure your site keeps working correctly. We will also undertake minor changes to page text, layout and images for no extra cost within the first year. If you decide to carry on hosting your new website with our hosting partners after the first year you'll also get continued technical support.
		FREE email - When you have decided on your domain name you will also get a number of email accounts to accompany your new website for example sales@yourbusiness.co.uk. A link to these email addresses can be included on your website. You will be able to access your email via webmail or configure email clients such as Outlook.
		Custom contact pages - Our Business Card Website allows people to communicate with you via an email link. However, all other packages offer the more advanced option of a custom contact form, which allows you to tailor the form to your needs using specific dropdown menus and text fields. This will ensure your customers are able to give you all the information you require.
		Editorial services - Our team includes experienced editors who offer a full range of editorial services from writing the entire content of your website to proofing existing content. As well as assisting with getting the right copy onto your website we can also offer ongoing website maintenance in the form of writing regular news and articles for your site.
		Visitor tracking - We'll install invisible code that will allow us to track visitors to your site. See who visits your site, where they came from, the pages they looked at and how long they stayed. If you are choosing our e-commerce option this can help with product choice.
		Quality images- A picture tells a 1000 words, if you don't have your own images, depending on which package you choose, we can source hi-quality images for you. Using professional images from iSite-Media will ensure your website looks its best. These can also be used in brochure or presentations if required.
		Shopping buttons - If choosing our e-commerce option, we can create custom buy it now buttons or add to cart buttons. These will ensure your site has a uniform feel. We can also create banners for use within your checkout, such as PayPal.
