Customers are responsible for ensuring that any media submitted is free from commercial copyright. We reserve the right to refuse any message that we consider to be offensive and any pictures or photographs that may be inappropriate. On rare occasions, we may need to amend your requested wording slightly to fit with graphic/design layout. We will always keep this to an absolute minimum and strive to ensure that the sentiment of your message is not altered in any way.

Isite-Media reserves the right to refuse any order or part of order, or to require further information to enable us to process an order. If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, iSite-Media will have right to cancel the order. An order is not an order until you have received an acceptance confirmation from us. You should always print a copy of your confirmation, as you cannot access details of your order via the website.

By the use of this site, you acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us. When you order products or services from www.isite-media.co.uk you will only be asked to provide the information required to produce the order including your name, contact details, and specific personalisation details. You can see the information that we hold about you by emailing us, and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up-to-date. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.

Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from you completely confidential and used solely to fulfil and deliver orders. Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent. Your telephone number will only be used as a last resort. You will never be telephoned for any sales or promotional purposes. We may also use the information we collect to improve and develop our business. The customer agrees that iSite-Media may use any of the details that the customer passes to us for marketing reasons.

Part of the website may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the website complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible to you for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

iSite-Media does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. iSite-Media does not accept any responsibility for any action beyond its control that may affect the customer’s services including acts of God and social, political or technological problem. The customer agrees to arranging necessary insurance or other actions required to cover problems that may occur and not to hold iSite-Media responsible.

For hosting, domain name registrations and all related services except website design we may subcontract services, technical support and maintenance services. The customer acknowledges this and agrees to all of the terms and conditions imposed by the contracted service and its associated service providers. iSite-Media recommends hosting all services for the customer's website and will provide this as an option to the customer. If the customer does not require hosting, they must inform iSite-Media on booking and also provide a medium to store the website on within a reasonable time.

The hosting will start from the date the customer agrees that the website can 'go live' on the Internet. Customers must pay annually for hosting services. Should payment not be received the service may be disabled within 21 days and all content removed without notice. We reserve the right to modify, remove or disable access to (or delete) any files the customer stores if the files breach our or any of our ISP's terms and conditions or other agreement, any outstanding payment(s) or for any other reasonable purpose.

iSite-Media and any of its suppliers may remove, terminate, suspend or otherwise modify the service at any time without reason provided that there is a justifiable reason for doing so. This includes a breach of any of the above terms and conditions as well as any other action that iSite-Media or its suppliers or any other organisation or individual decides requires it. iSite-Media may withdraw any special promotional offer at any time for any reason.

The 35% deposit payable on booking is non-refundable unless it is proven that iSite-Media has failed to meet the agreed terms and deadline. iSite-Media requires a 3 month notice period in regards to your hosting, email or domain name contract. Our customers must agree to the iSite-Media privacy policy.
